2003 Build Liaoning ShuangYing Refractory Plant
Located in Fushun City, Liaoning Province, the company has more than 20 years of experience in technical research and production management of alumina refractories. The company has fully automatic batching and filling production line and castables production workshop, the products cover all kinds of alumina refractories, including: high alumina series, mullite series, siliceous series, phosphate series, lightweight heat preservation series and other stereotyped products; castables, self-flowing materials, malleable materials, prefabricated blocks and other non-stereotyped products, as well as all kinds of refractory raw materials and chemical products.
2008 Build Liaoning Yixing Refractory Technology Co.,Ltd
Located in Dashiqiao City, Liaoning Province, and leveraging the rich magnesite mineral resources of Dashiqiao-known as the "China Magnesia Capital"-as well as the local refractory industry cluster, we have invested in two production lines equipped with 120-meter ultra-high-temperature tunnel kilns and a fully automatic crushing and grinding workshop for raw materials. With more than 100 employees, we achieve an annual output of 100,000 tons of various refractory products.
Our magnesia product line covers all grades of Mg, Mg-Cr, Mg-C, Mg-Zr, Mg-Fe spinel, Mg-Al spinel, forsterite, and other sintered brick products. In particular, directly bonded and semi-directly bonded Mg-Cr bricks have been successfully applied in AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization), VOD (Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization), and RH (Ruhrstahl-Heraeus) refining furnaces in steel mills.
