MTM Metals World Expo originated from Shanghai International Metallurgical Industry Exhibition, which was founded in 1986. After more than 30 years of development, it has formed a one-stop procurement platform for the whole steel and metallurgy industry chain with seven major theme exhibitions: Metallurgy Exhibition, Refractories Exhibition, Casting & Forging Exhibition, Industrial Furnace Thermal Engineering Exhibition, Steel Pipe Industry Exhibition, Metal Wire & Cable Exhibition and Nonferrous Metals Exhibition.
