1.TOP SEALING CERAMIC FIBER CLOTH is a woven fabric made of high purity alumino-silicate based ceramic fibers reinforced with glass fiber filaments and optional alloy steel wires.
2. Ceramic fiber cloth is designed to meet the most demanding thermal, mechanical and electrical performance requirements.
3. Ceramic fiber cloth is white and odorless and is suitable for high temperature applications up to 2300°F.
4. When used in industrial furnaces, it can be used as a thermal barrier to separate different temperature zones, or the fabric can be used to prevent particle shedding.
Normal production specifications for ceramic fiber cloth:
1.5mm to 6mm, common product width is 1 meter, ceramic fiber yarn inside: nickel Chromium alloy wire, stainless steel wire, glass fiber.
Properties of ceramic fiber cloth:
- Light weight and low thermal conductivity.
- Excellent insulating properties at high temperatures.
- Resistant to corrosive chemicals, commonly used acids and alkalis.

Precaution:
Ceramic fiber textiles contain about 15% of organic fibers, when the first use of the temperature, with the increase in temperature, the organic fibers in the product will gradually carbonize black, and smoke phenomenon, the local place may have a fire, this is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the use. As the temperature continues to rise, the product will gradually become white, organic fibers have been completely carbonized, the product is completely ceramic fibers and other high-temperature inorganic materials.
Ceramic fiber cloth in the cutting and installation process will produce fiber dust, long-term inhalation may cause damage to the respiratory system, the operation should wear a good protective mask and other protective equipment.
Avoid contact with sharp objects, so as not to scratch the fiber cloth, affecting its performance and service life.
