Description
CFB Boiler Castable is SiC-high alumina based dense castable. It is formulated with hard refractory aggregate, optimized gradation, binder and special additives. It features high hot strength, outstanding abrasion resistance and good thermal shock stability. It is developed for severe particle scouring by high-speed fly ash. Typical applications: cyclone separator, furnace roof, return leg, flue and lining of circulating fluidized bed boiler. Multiple wear-resistant grades are available, custom formula acceptable.
