Description
Fiber Surface Rigidizer is water-based inorganic hardening agent for ceramic fiber blanket, fiber board and fiber modules. It features good permeability, low shrinkage and high-temperature strength after curing. It is sprayed or brushed onto the surface of fiber linings. It penetrates into fiber layers and forms a hard, tough ceramic shell after heating. It prevents fiber erosion, dusting, wind abrasion and fiber shedding. It also improves resistance to hot gas scouring. It is widely used for heating furnaces, ductwork and high-temperature insulation linings. Custom service temperature and viscosity grades are available.
