Description
Wear-resistant Coating Mix is mainly SiC or high alumina based fine-grained coating refractory. It is formulated with hard wear-resistant aggregate, ultrafine powder, binder and special sintering additives. It features high hardness, good wear resistance, reliable thermal shock and alkali tolerance. It is applied as a thin protective coating on castable, ramming mass and lining surface to slow down ash and clinker scouring. It is widely used for CFB boiler, waste incinerator, settling chamber and dust duct. Multiple grades are available, custom formula acceptable.
