Water system self-flowing materials used in converter large surface is a basic unshaped refractory mainly composed of magnesia raw materials, formulated with eco-friendly water binding system, dispersants and other additives. It achieves self-compacting by gravity without vibration. Featuring low dust emission and no pungent odor, it has excellent flowability, good resistance to molten steel and slag erosion, and favorable thermal shock stability. It is specially developed for large-area repair of converters. Typical chemical composition: MgO 85%～92%. It is mainly used for large-area lining repair of oxygen converters. Typical physical indexes: bulk density ≥2.75 g/cm³, cold crushing strength ≥38 MPa.
