Description
Hexsteel Grid, also called hexmetal grid, is interlocking hexagonal metal mesh. It features high structural strength, good ductility and reliable anchoring performance. It is welded to furnace shell as reinforcement skeleton for thick castables and gunning linings. It interlocks with refractory matrix, disperses thermal stress and restrains large-area peeling. It is widely used for heating furnace, flue, boiler and cyclone lining. Carbon steel and stainless steel grades are available. Custom mesh size and thickness are acceptable.
