Description
Induction Coil Grout is fine-grained air-setting refractory grout specially for induction furnace coils. It features high electrical insulation, good thermal stability, low shrinkage and strong adhesion to copper coils. It is applied to fill and coat the induction coil, forming a dense insulating layer. It isolates the coil from molten metal splash and heat radiation, prevents electric breakdown and short circuit. It is widely used for medium frequency induction melting furnaces and holding furnaces. Custom insulation grade and particle size are available.
