Description
Zircon Brick is fired refractory with zircon sand (ZrSiO₄) as main raw material. It has high refractoriness, ultra-low thermal conductivity, good volume stability and remarkable resistance to erosion by molten glass. It is not easily wetted by glass melt, which helps reduce glass defects. It belongs to acidic refractory. It cannot be used together with basic refractories at high temperature, as chemical reaction will occur. It is mainly applied in glass melting furnace, glass regenerator, ceramic roller kiln and kiln furniture. Custom sizes and special shapes are available.
