Description
EAF Roof Delta Precast is monolithic precast refractory block for the delta section of electric arc furnace roof, the hottest and most severe area around electrode holes. It adopts high alumina, alumina‑magnesia or alumina‑spinel castable. It features good thermal shock resistance, high hot strength, slag erosion resistance and low porosity. This zone suffers intense radiation heat, frequent temperature fluctuation, splashing slag and dust abrasion. Precast blocks reduce on-site pouring work, shorten furnace maintenance time and improve lining stability. Custom shape, size and material formula are available.
