Description
Ladle Cover Precast is integrated refractory precast block for steel ladle cover. It is mainly made of high alumina, alumina-magnesia or lightweight heat-resistant castable. It features low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance, high hot strength and resistance to slag splashing. It covers the top of molten steel ladle to reduce heat loss, prevent secondary oxidation of molten steel and protect the ladle from slag splashing. Precast structure simplifies on-site replacement and shortens maintenance downtime. Custom shape, thickness and material formula are available according to ladle size.
