Ceramic Wear Tile is sintered high-alumina ceramic tile, normally 92% or 95% alumina. It features high hardness, low wear rate, smooth surface and good impact resistance. It is bonded or welded onto steel surfaces of chutes, hoppers, cyclones, conveyor transfer points. It buffers particle and material abrasion, protects steel base and extends service life of equipment. It is widely used in mining, cement, power plant and bulk material handling systems. Custom shape, thickness and mounting hole layout are available.
