Synthetic alumina-magnesia spinel brick is an alumina-based refractory product manufactured with synthetic alumina-magnesia spinel and high-alumina raw materials as main raw materials, by high-pressure forming and high-temperature firing. The spinel features stable crystal structure. This brick has good alkaline slag erosion resistance, excellent thermal shock stability, superior spalling resistance and good volume stability at high temperature. Typical chemical composition: \(\boldsymbol{Al_2O_3}\) 70%～82%, \(\boldsymbol{MgO}\) 12%～22%. It is mainly used for ladle linings, cement kiln coolers, incinerators and other positions. Typical physical indexes: bulk density ≥2.85 g/cm³, cold crushing strength ≥60 MPa.
