Synthetic magnesia-alumina spinel brick is a basic refractory product made of synthetic magnesia-alumina spinel and high-purity magnesia clinker as main raw materials, through high-pressure forming and high-temperature firing. The synthetic spinel has well-developed crystal grains and uniform composition. This brick boasts excellent thermal shock stability, good resistance to cement clinker erosion and spalling, and stable volume at high temperature. Typical chemical composition: MgO 78%～86%, Al₂O₃ 8%～16%. It is mainly used in the burning zone and transition zone of cement rotary kilns, and also applicable to lime kilns and other high-temperature kilns. Typical physical indexes: bulk density ≥2.95 g/cm³, cold crushing strength ≥65 MPa.
