High calcium and iron ramming mass for EAF bottom is a basic unshaped refractory prepared with high-iron high-calcium magnesia sand as the main raw material, mixed with composite binders and additives. It is installed by mechanical ramming. This material has good sintering performance and slag penetration resistance, and readily forms a dense protective layer at high temperatures, which is suitable for the working conditions of electric arc furnace bottoms. Typical chemical composition: MgO 78%～84%, CaO 5%～9%, Fe₂O₃ 4%～8%. It is mainly used for electric arc furnace bottoms.
