Special Shaped Refractory Brick is tailor-made refractory brick with non-standard geometry, processed by mould pressing or hand forming. Available materials include magnesia carbon, magnesia spinel, alumina-magnesia, corundum, silicon carbide and high alumina. It features stable high-temperature performance, good thermal shock resistance and slag resistance according to material system. It is designed for special positions of furnaces where standard bricks cannot fit, such as taphole, flue corner, arch, tuyere and transition zone. It ensures tight lining assembly and reduces gaps. Custom drawing, size and material formula are acceptable.
