Description
Combined Shape Brick is an integrated combined refractory block made of multiple interlocking brick units fired into one piece. Common material systems include magnesia carbon, alumina-magnesia, corundum spinel and magnesia spinel. It features high hot strength, good thermal shock resistance and reliable slag penetration resistance. It is designed for critical wear zones such as ladle impact zone, converter taphole, RH opening and tundish well block area. Fewer joints lower the risk of slag penetration through seams and extend lining service life. Custom structure, dimension and material formula based on drawings are available.
