Checker Brick for Hot Blast Stove is special perforated refractory brick for blast furnace hot blast stoves. Main materials include high alumina, mullite and silica. It features high heat storage capacity, good thermal shock resistance, high hot strength and low creep at high temperature. Stacked layer by layer inside the hot blast stove, it forms orderly gas channels. It absorbs heat during combustion phase and releases heat to heat cold blast air. It is the core heat exchange medium for hot blast stoves. Custom hole pattern, size and material formula are available.
