Description
Regenerator Checker Brick is perforated refractory brick for regenerator of industrial furnaces, glass kilns and hot blast stoves. Common materials include silica brick, mullite brick and high alumina brick. It features high heat storage capacity, good thermal shock resistance, low high-temperature creep and stable chemical resistance. It is stacked in layers inside regenerator to form flow channels. It captures waste heat from flue gas during exhaust cycle and releases heat to preheat combustion air or gas. It improves energy efficiency and reduces fuel consumption. Custom hole design, dimensions and material grades are available.
