Glass Furnace Bottom Paving Block is heavy-duty refractory block for glass melting furnace bottom lining. It is usually fused cast AZS block or sintered zirconia-mullite material. It features low porosity, high hot strength, good creep resistance and strong resistance to molten glass penetration. It is laid flat as permanent and working bottom lining under molten glass. It withstands long-term high-temperature static erosion by glass melt and avoids glass penetration into furnace foundation. It is a critical part to prevent bottom leakage of glass furnace. Custom size and formula are available according to furnace design.
