Description
Tuckstone Brick is shaped refractory brick for the tuckstone zone between glass furnace crown and side wall. It is mainly fused cast AZS brick. It features high hot strength, low porosity, strong resistance to glass melt infiltration and good thermal shock resistance. This position is the transition junction of crown and side wall, suffering severe radiation heat, glass vapor corrosion and slag attack. It is one of the fastest-wearing parts in glass melting furnace. It supports the crown structure and stops glass liquid from penetrating into the crown joints. Custom shape and dimension are available.
