Description
Silicon Carbide Beam is load-bearing structural kiln furniture made of silicon carbide, usually recrystallized SiC or SiSiC. It features high flexural strength at high temperature, excellent thermal shock resistance, low creep and good oxidation resistance. It works as supporting beam under SiC bats in roller kilns, shuttle kilns and pusher kilns. It bears the weight of shelves and sintered products. It keeps stable dimension under long high-temperature load. It is widely used for sintering lithium battery materials, electronic ceramics, structural ceramics and powder metallurgy. Custom length and cross-section are available.
