Description
Phenolic Resin Powder is thermosetting phenolic resin powder. It features good flowability, stable curing behavior, high carbon yield after pyrolysis and excellent bonding strength. It is widely used as binder for alumina-carbon bricks, magnesia-carbon bricks, taphole clay, stopper heads and sliding gate plates. During heating, it cures and then carbonizes to form continuous carbon bonding network. It improves hot strength, thermal shock resistance and slag resistance of carbon-containing refractories. Low free phenol grades are available, custom softening point and particle size are acceptable.
