Description
Liquid Phenolic Resin is liquid thermosetting phenolic resin. It features good wettability with refractory aggregates, stable curing performance, high carbon yield and strong bonding strength. It is widely used as binder for magnesia carbon brick, alumina carbon brick, water-free taphole clay, stopper rods and slide gate plates. When heated, it cures and carbonizes to form continuous carbon bonding structure. It enhances hot strength, thermal shock resistance and slag penetration resistance of carbon-containing refractory products. Low free phenol eco-friendly grades are available. Custom viscosity and solid content are acceptable.
