High-purity Magnesia Brick is fired with high-purity dead-burned magnesia as the main raw material, with MgO ≥95%. It is a high-grade basic refractory product featuring high refractoriness, outstanding hot load softening property, strong resistance to alkaline slag and low impurity content. Its weakness is relatively poor thermal shock resistance, and it is incompatible with acidic refractories at high temperature. It is mainly used in cement rotary kiln transition zone, non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, AOD furnaces and other high-temperature areas with heavy alkaline slag erosion. Standard sizes and custom special shapes are available.
