Silicon Carbide Bat is flat kiln furniture plate made of silicon carbide. It can be recrystallized SiC or SiSiC bonded. It features excellent thermal conductivity, outstanding thermal shock resistance, high hot strength and minimal high-temperature creep. It is used in roller kilns, shuttle kilns and pusher kilns to carry sintering products. Fast and uniform heating shortens firing cycle. It is widely applied for ceramic, lithium battery material, powder metallurgy and electronic ceramic sintering. Custom sizes and thickness are available.
