Kiln Furniture is a series of refractory supporting components for roller kiln, shuttle kiln and pusher kiln. Common materials include alumina, mullite, cordierite, SiC. It features high hot strength, good thermal shock resistance, low creep and minimal contamination to workpieces. It includes plates, setters, saggers, supports, posts and batt. It carries ceramic, powder and electronic components during sintering. It keeps stable shape at high temperature and reduces deformation of finished goods. Widely used for ceramics, lithium battery materials, powder metallurgy and electronic ceramics sintering. Custom sizes and structures are available.
