Silica Sol is stable colloidal suspension of nano silicon dioxide in water. It features low sodium content, fine particle size, good dispersion, low shrinkage and excellent high-temperature performance. It serves as environment-friendly binder for low cement castables, ultra-low cement castables, precast blocks, gunning mixes and kiln furniture. After drying and heating, silica particles fuse together to form continuous silica bonding network. It helps improve thermal shock resistance and high-temperature strength without introducing harmful alkali impurities. It is widely used in steel ladle, tundish and heating furnace linings. Custom solid content and pH grade are available.
