Description
Water Reducer is functional admixture for monolithic refractories, including polycarboxylate, phosphate and lignin-based series. It features strong dispersion effect, stable workability and low side effect. It disperses fine refractory powders by electrostatic and steric repulsion. It achieves good fluidity at lower water dosage. It reduces open porosity, increases density and hot strength, and lowers the risk of explosive spalling during drying. It is widely used for low cement castables, ultra-low cement castables and precast blocks. Custom grades for different refractory systems are available.
