Description
Anti-explosive Fiber is fine water-soluble organic fiber for refractory castables and precast blocks. It features uniform distribution, moderate melting temperature and clean burnout without harmful residues. When the refractory body is heated, the fiber melts and forms tiny connected channels. Internal steam escapes smoothly through these passages, builds up less vapor pressure and avoids explosive spalling. It is widely used for low cement castables, ultra-low cement castables and large precast parts. It is essential for thick lining and fast heating firing conditions. Custom fiber length is available.
